A Hole in the Heart:

"When the world liked Bill Clinton and Ronald Reagan, America had more power in the world. When much of the world detests George Bush, America has less power" - Thomas L. Friedman, Op-Ed, "A Hole in the Heart," The New York Times, 28 October 2004.

John Kerry for President:

"We look back on the past four years with hearts nearly breaking, both for the lives unnecessarily lost and for the opportunities so casually wasted. Time and again, history invited George W. Bush to play a heroic role, and time and again he chose the wrong course. We believe that with John Kerry as president, the nation will do better." - John Kerry for President, NY Times, ed., 17 October 2004.

My thoughts exactly.

Ok, maybe I should amend my last post....

Old Chicken Hawk certainly knows how to treat America's allies - though the ordinary people of Iraq and Afghanistan would probably vehemently question that - provided, well, provided that they accept his neo-con bs view of the world -- then he's your friend.

Ah, but just try telling him his administration's view of the world is full of shit and see what that gets you -- "Freedom Fries" comes to mind.... (talk about infantile to the max.)

Oh my God!

Did Bush just imply he knows how to treat America's allies well?
That's the funniest thing I've heard all week - hell, all year!!
Who the Fuck does this guy think he's kidding??
